Elizabeth MacLean (1850-1939)

Elizabeth MacLean born 1850 died 1939, met her husband John Cochrane of New Richmond, P.Q., while he was working on the construction of the Intercolonial Railroad. They were married July 17/1870 and lived in Black Land for a few years, By 1875, they are farming in New Richmond. John died in 1924 and Elizabeth moved to Richardsville (now part of Campbellton) to live with her daughter Alice and her husband Irvine Campbell. Elizabeth and John are both buried in the United Church Cemetery in New Richmond, P.Q.
