John MacLean (1842-1912)

John MacLean born 1842, died 1912, a shoemaker and farmer. John married Nov. 26/1868 Elizabeth Cook, d/o William Cook and Elizabeth Hamilton. They lived on the MacLean estate and that property is still in the family today. Most of their large family died young of tuberculosis.
