Elizabeth MacLean (c1823-1890)

Elizabeth was born about 1823. As far as is known she was the only child of Angus and Mary to be born in New-Brunswick. She married Nov. 5/1846 John Nichol who emigrated to New Miss with his parents from the Isle of Arran in 1829. Elizabetha nd John homesteaded on Lot 8 in the second concession at Charlo and John obtained the grant to that property in Aug. 1855. He and Elizabeth Lived and farmed there most of their life but on July 29/1890 they sold their farm to William McNair and moved to Marinette Wisconsin.
